During Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027, Korean culture and creativity take centre stage in Milan with Contemporary Korean Heritage – Hanbok Collective, an international project showcasing a new generation of designers reinterpreting Hanbok through the language of contemporary fashion. The project is presented as part of the 2026 Traditional Culture Overseas Hub Promotion Project (Hanbok), promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea and the Korea Craft and Design Foundation, with the patronage of CSM, to support the international expansion of Korean brands and promote traditional culture through contemporary perspectives. The five brands featured in the project are Happly, Leesle, Mooroots, Ondata, and Sheenseoul.
